Durom Cup Plaintiffs Say Zimmer Slow to Meet Requests for Employee Documents

NEWARK, N.J. - Plaintiffs in the Zimmer Durom Hip Cup MDL have complained that Zimmer is not meeting an agreed-upon schedule for production of employee custodial files and have asked the presiding judge to include discovery issues on an upcoming conference agenda. In re: Zimmer Durom Hip Cup Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 2158 [No. 09-4414] (D. N.J.).

Plaintiffs' counsel made the request in an Oct. 20 letter to Judge Madeline C. Arleo of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
