SACRAMENTO, Calif. - A federal judge has dismissed a strict liability cause of action in a femur stem implant case against Stryker Corp., saying it failed to assert a viable claim for design or manufacturing defect or for failure to warn. Currier v. Stryker Corp., et al., No. 2:11-cv-1203 (E.D. Calif.).
