Calif. Court Dismisses Plaintiff's Strict Liability Claim Over Femur Stem Implant

SACRAMENTO, Calif. - A federal judge has dismissed a strict liability cause of action in a femur stem implant case against Stryker Corp., saying it failed to assert a viable claim for design or manufacturing defect or for failure to warn.
