Zimmer Sees Progress in Durom Discovery, Asks to Continue Status Conference

NEWARK, N.J. - Defense liaison counsel in the Zimmer Durom Hip Cup MDL have asked a magistrate judge to continue a scheduled Sept. 8 status conference until October, saying that recent meetings with plaintiffs' counsel "have productively advanced discovery."
