CLEVELAND - DePuy Orthopaedics Inc. and other defendants in the ASR Hip Implant Products MDL have asked a federal judge to resolve several disagreements that arose in preliminary discovery talks, including defendants' request that they be allowed to question plaintiffs about Facebook and other social network accounts.
