CLEVELAND - A Missouri woman has asked the DePuy ASR Hip Implant MDL for leave to amend her complaint against DePuy Orthopaedics Inc. to add DePuy International Ltd. as a defendant, saying she was unaware at the time she initially filed that DePuy International manufactured component parts of her failed hip implant.
