NEW ORLEANS-A pharmacy's motion to dismiss claims in a Propulsid products liability case was granted in part and denied in part by a federal judge who ruled the pharmacy could still be found liable for redhibition claims and misrepresentation, but not claims alleged under the Louisiana Products Liability Act (LPLA).
