Court Reverses Order to Quash Subpoenas of Treating Physicians in Ephedra Wrongful Death Case

NEW YORK- A New York court has ruled that the testimony of doctors who treated a woman who died after taking an ephedra-containing product is material and necessary to resolve a lawsuit filed against her fitness center and the manufacturer of the supplement that allegedly caused her death.
