MIAMI - In the Trasylol multidistrict litigation, a Florida federal judge has refused to allow plaintiffs to appeal a previous order excluding the testimony of their expert, Dr. Suzanne Parisian, on the basis that the order does not involve a "controlling question of law." In re Trasylol Products Liability Litigation, No. 08-01928 (S.D. Fla.).

On June 22, Judge Donald M. Middlebrooks of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida denied plaintiffs' motion to amend the April 27 order to certify the matter for interlocutory appeal.
