WASHINGTON, D.C.-Twenty-three members of the military have filed a lawsuit in federal court against the manufacturers of an anthrax vaccine after allegedly suffering adverse reactions from Anthrax Vaccine Adsorbed (AVA) that were so severe they eventually lead to their discharge from the armed forces.
