G-I Holdings Sues Plaintiffs' Firms for Exacting Asbestos Claims 'Avalanche'

NEW YORK - G-I Holdings, Inc., which recently sought protection from asbestos claims in bankruptcy court, filed a federal lawsuit Jan. 10 against three prominent plaintiffs' firms, accusing them of engaging in an unethical, systematic assault on similarly situated asbestos defendants.
