Barry Temkin Joins Mound Cotton as Counsel

Mound Cotton Wollan & Greengrass has announced that Barry Temkin has joined the New York firm as counsel. Temkin is chair of the New York County Lawyers' Association Professional Ethics Committee, and is an adjunct professor at Fordham University School of Law and New York Law School. His experience includes arbitration, directors and officers defense, legal malpractice, insurance, legal ethics, products liability and general commercial litigation. Temkin has represented broker dealers and registered representatives in a variety of customer and industry arbitrations.
