B.D. Cooke Asks Judge to Reconsider Sending Dispute to Arbitration

NEW YORK - Reinsurance broker B.D. Cooke is urging a New York federal judge to reconsider his decision to send a $1.9 million dispute to arbitration, asserting that there is no arbitration agreement between the parties. B.D.
