CHICAGO - A group of reinsurance administrators assert that Swiss Reinsurance America Corp.'s second amended complaint, which accuses them of mishandling claims in connection with two reinsurance programs, fails to state a claim for relief and is time-barred. Swiss Reinsurance America Corp. v. Access General Agency of California, No. 07 C 3954 (N.D. Ill.).
The Feb. 17 answer is before U.S. District Judge Elaine E. Bucklo of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
