WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - A federal judge has ruled that fraud allegations contained in a master complaint filed by plaintiffs in the Trasylol MDL should not be dismissed because they were pled with as much specificity as they could be given the court's request to consolidate discovery in the litigation. In re Trasylol Products Liability Litigation, No. 08-1928 (S.D. Fla.).
