[Ms. Hall is former Senior Vice President and General Counsel of the Reinsurance Association of America (RAA) and a former Senior Vice President of Swiss Reinsurance Company. Mr. Hall is the former Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Munich Re America and a former partner with DLA Piper.
