ST. LOUIS, Mo. - The Missouri Supreme Court has ruled that a trial court did not err in refusing to dismiss a group of hormone therapy drug injury cases for forum non conveniens because trying the cases in Missouri would not be oppressive to the defendant drug manufacturers, and would not impose an undue burden on Missouri courts.
