ABERDEEN, Miss. - Pulmosan Safety Equipment Corp. says in a brief filed recently in Mississippi that it cannot be collaterally estopped from denying that its non-airfed hood is dangerous simply because a jury reached the same conclusion in a Louisiana case nearly 30 years ago. Riggle v. Pulmosan Safety Equipment Company, et al., No. CV-05-230-PFM (Miss. Cir. Ct., Monroe Cty.).
