N.J. Supreme Court Rejects Petition to Consolidate DuraPro Toilet Supply Line Subrogation Actions

TRENTON, N.J. –– The New Jersey Supreme Court has opted not to create a consolidated docket for DuraPro toilet supply line subrogation cases, according to a recently released notice.

In the Nov. 14 notice to the bar, Active Administrative Director of the Courts Glenn A. Grant said that the application to consolidate the cases had been denied and “all subrogation cases involving DuraPro brand toilet supply lines should continue to be filed in the appropriate counties of venue.”

In June, the high court invited parties to comment on, or object to, the application.

The underlying application was filed in May. …
