VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - Two Virginia judges have granted motions for default judgment against Taishan Gypsum for failure to respond to third-party complaints brought against the Chinese drywall manufacturer by a builder and a domestic supplier of the product. Allen v. Venture Supply Inc., et al., No. CL10-6976 (Va. Cir. Ct., Norfolk Cty.); Proto v. The Futura Group, et al., No. CL09-2455 (Va. Cir. Ct., Virginia Beach Cty.).
