VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - A state court judge heard argument Dec. 8 in Virginia Beach and is expected to rule soon on a motion for summary judgment an insurer filed in a case brought by a couple whose home was constructed using Chinese drywall. Proto v. The Futura Group L.L.C., et al., No. CL09-2455 (Va. Cir. Ct., Virginia Beach Cty.).
