Insurer Re-Files Case, Says Drywall Repair Costs Exceed Home's Purchase Price

MOBILE, Ala. - A drywall coverage case that was dismissed for failure to involve a dispute valued at more than the $75,0000 jurisdictional minimum has been re-filed with evidence that it may cost nearly $150,000 to repair the home that is the subject of the underlying suit.
