HARTFORD, Conn. — Century Indemnity Co. is urging a Connecticut federal judge to reconsider her denial of its motion to compel Travelers Insurance Co. to produce communications with its in-house counsel regarding a reinsurance billing arising from Travelers’ settlement of asbestos claims asserted against Crane Co.
