To reserve a room at the HarrisMartin discounted rate of $189 per night for a single or double room, please call the hotel and identify yourself as an attendee to this HarrisMartin conference.
To guarantee availability and the special rate, reservations must be made by October 11, 2013. After that date, our reserved room block is released for general sale and rates and availability cannot be guaranteed.
Registration fee of $895.00 ($795 before October 7, 2013) includes admission to all sessions, one continental breakfast, Tuesday luncheon, refreshment breaks, a networking cocktail reception Tuesday evening, and all course materials.

Cancellation Policy
Registrants who provide notice of cancellation before 5 p.m. EST on Monday, September 30, 2013 (one month prior to conference) will receive a full refund. Those canceling after 5 p.m. EST on Monday, September 30, 2013, and up to 5 p.m. EST on Tuesday, October 22, 2013 (one week prior to the conference) will receive a credit, minus a $100 administration fee, toward a future HarrisMartin Publishing conference or publication.
Cancellations received after 5 p.m. EST on Tuesday, October 22, 2013 (one week prior to the conference) are subject to a 50 percent administrative fee. The balance may be applied as a credit toward a future conference or publication subscription. Registrants who have paid for the conference but do not attend without giving prior notice of cancellation forfeit a refund or credit and will receive the course materials through the mail. All credits must be used within 12 months of the date they are issued.
