To reserve a room at the HarrisMartin discounted rate of $199 per night for a single or double room, please call the hotel and identify yourself as an attendee to this HarrisMartin conference.

To guarantee availability and the special rate, reservations must be made by September 18, 2013. After that date, our reserved room block is released for general sale and rates and availability cannot be guaranteed.

Registration fee of $795.00 ($695 before September 13, 2013) includes admission to all sessions, one continental breakfast, Friday luncheon, refreshment breaks, a networking cocktail reception Friday evening, and all course materials.

Cancellation Policy

Registrants who provide notice of cancellation before 5 p.m. EST on Wednesday, September 11, 2013 (one month prior to conference) will receive a full refund. Those canceling after 5 p.m. EST on Wednesday, September 11, 2013, and up to 5 p.m. EST on Friday, October 4, 2013 (one week prior to the conference) will receive a credit, minus a $100 administration fee, toward a future HarrisMartin Publishing conference or publication. Cancellations received after 5 p.m. EST on Friday, October 4, 2013 (one week prior to the conference) are subject to a 50 percent administrative fee. The balance may be applied as a credit toward a future conference or publication subscription. Registrants who have paid for the conference but do not attend without giving prior notice of cancellation forfeit a refund or credit and will receive the course materials through the mail. All credits must be used within 12 months of the date they are issued. Note: Substitutions may be made at any time.
