To reserve a room at the HarrisMartin discounted rate of $379.00 per night for a single or double, please call the hotel and identify yourself as an attendee to this HarrisMartin conference. To guarantee availability and the special rate, reservations must be made by August 27, 2012. After that date, our reserved room block is released for general sale and rates and availability cannot be guaranteed.
Registration fee of $895.00 ($795 before August 15, 2012) includes admission to all sessions, one continental breakfast, Wednesday luncheon, refreshment breaks, a networking cocktail reception Wednesday evening, and all course materials.

Cancellation Policy
Registrants who provide notice of cancellation before 5 p.m. EST on Monday, August 20, 2012 (one month prior to conference) will receive a full refund. Those canceling after 5 p.m. EST on Monday, August 20, 2012, and up to 5 p.m. EST on Wednesday, September 12, 2012 (one week prior to the conference) will receive a credit, minus a $100 administration fee, toward a future HarrisMartin Publishing conference or publication.
Cancellations received after 5 p.m. EST on Wednesday, September 12, 2012 (one week prior to the conference) are subject to a 50 percent administrative fee. The balance may be applied as a credit toward a future conference or publication subscription. Registrants who have paid for the conference but do not attend without giving prior notice of cancellation forfeit a refund or credit. All credits must be used within 12 months of the date they are issued. Note: Substitutions may be made at any time.
