Mo. Federal Judge Dismisses Out-Of-State Risperdal Claims for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction

ST. LOUIS — A Missouri federal judge has dismissed the claims of 53 out-of-state plaintiffs in a Risperdal injury case for lack of personal jurisdiction, finding they failed to allege facts supporting a reasonable inference that Janssen Pharmaceuticals Inc. can be subjected to jurisdiction within the state.
