Munich Re Directs N.Y. Federal Court to Mine Safety in Defense Costs Dispute

ALBANY, N.Y. – Munich Reinsurance America Inc. says a Delaware court ruling which Utica Mutual Insurance Co. says supports its position that it is entitled to reimbursement of defense costs incurred by its insured in underlying asbestos litigation is distinguishable and not relevant to the instant dispute.
