DALLAS –– The defendants involved in the next bellwether trails scheduled to take place in the coordinated docket for claims relating to DePuy’s Pinnacle Hip Implant have filed motions to dismiss the underlying complaint, saying that the court lacks personal jurisdiction because none of them are a Texas company.
