PHILADELPHIA –– A Pennsylvania state court has ordered plaintiffs asserting benzene claims to supplement a report filed by Robert Harrison, M.D., M.P.H. with details on which of the nearly 1,000 articles cited by the expert support his opinions.

In a July 12 order, the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County ordered the plaintiff to supplement Dr. Harrison’s report by “separately identifying which of the 945 articles produced by Plaintiff were relied upon by Dr. Harrison in forming each of his opinions as expressed in his expert report and the manner in which each of the identified articles …
