NEW ORLEANS –– The defendants involved in the ongoing litigation related to Pinnacle knee implant claims have filed a reply brief support its appeal with the 5th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, maintaining that the MDL Court still intends to “apply the same misguided ‘door-opening’ approach at the trial that gave rise to many of the gross evidentiary errors highlighted in the petition.”
