Wright Medical Technology Files Statement of Appeal in Conserve Hip Implant Case

ATLANTA –– Wright Medical Technology Inc. has filed a civil appeal statement, asking the 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals to address whether the defendant is entitled to judgment in its favor on all claims or a new trial, in part, on the ground that a second verdict reflected jury bias or confusion.
