Once a rarity, take-home asbestos claims are now commonplace. The result has been an increase in the number of multimillion-dollar awards, including – this past April to September alone – a $20 million Ohio award,¹ a $4.6 million Tennessee award,² and two $3.5 million awards in Alabama and Washington.³
