C-8 Plaintiffs Again Ask Court to Compel Information on DuPont Spin-Off Company

CLEVELAND –– Plaintiffs in the C-8 personal injury multidistrict litigation docket have again moved to compel information regarding DuPont’s spin-off, Chemours, saying that the defendant had failed to produce final separation agreements in accordance with a court-imposed deadline.

In its third motion to compel filed July 20 with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, the plaintiffs maintained that the defendant had not fully complied with the court’s order mandating that DuPont produce a limited amount of information relating to its “spin-off” company, Chemours Co.
