ATLANTA — A condominium association is not entitled to insurance coverage for damages caused by Hurricane Wilma because it failed to provide an inventory of damaged and undamaged property as required by the policy, a federal appeals court has affirmed.

On June 26, the 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals further agreed with the trial court that the insurer offered uncontroverted evidence that it was prejudiced by the association’s failure to submit the inventory of the damaged and undamaged property.
