WASHINGTON, D.C. — A centralized docket for all pending and future federal lawsuits accusing Lumber Liquidators of misrepresenting the safety of its laminate hardwood flooring products will be established in Virginia.

In a consent order filed in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, Chief Judge Rebecca Beach Smith agreed to accept the transfer of more than 100 class actions filed against Lumber Liquidators in nearly 30 states. A subsequent order issued by the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation (JPML) confirmed that the cases have been assigned to Judge Anthony J. Trenga for coordinated or consolidated pretrial proceedings. …
