Ohio Federal Court Schedules July Trial in C-8 Personal Injury Case

CLEVELAND –– An Ohio federal court has scheduled a July trial for one of the cases pending in the C-8 personal injury litigation coordinated docket, according to recent court documents.

In a May 20 case management order, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio scheduled voir dire in one of the cases for July 24, 2015.

According to the order, the Bartlett (No. 13-170) and the Wolf (No. 14-095) cases have been selected to be the first trials in the coordinated docket. The Barlett case will be tried before Wolf, according to the court’s order.
