Parties Exchange Briefing on CMO Requirements in DePuy ASR Hip Implant Docket

SAN FRANCISCO –– Parties involved with California’s coordinated docket for DePuy ASR Hip Implant litigation have exchanged briefing on whether the plaintiffs in some of the cases have fulfilled court-mandated obligations relating to plaintiff fact sheets.

In the briefings, the defendants maintained to the California Superior Court for San Francisco County that the plaintiffs have not filed the fact sheets, while the plaintiffs responded by filing some and promising the court that the remaining ones are to be filed shortly.
