Radiator Specialty Backs Motion for Summary Judgment, Says Benzene Plaintiffs Failed to Link Injury to Defendant’s Product

PHILADELPHIA –– Radiator Specialty has backed its motion for summary judgment in a recently filed reply brief, maintaining that the plaintiffs have yet to produce any evidence that the decedent was exposed to benzene-containing products attributable to the defendant.

In the Aug. 18 reply brief, filed in the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County, the defendant maintained that the plaintiff had “misstated and misrepresented” facts and “makes unresponsive and inaccurate statements in an attempt to create a question of fact that does not exist in this case.”
