Ford Motor, Honeywell Appeal Bankruptcy Court Order Staying Decision Allowing Access to Rule 2019 Filings

CHARLOTTE, N.C. –– A number of defendants, including Ford Motor Co., Honeywell International Inc., and Volkswagen Group of America, have filed a joint notice of appeal contesting a bankruptcy court’s decision to amend an order allowing access to Rule 2019 filings in the ongoing Garlock Sealing Technologies bankruptcy litigation.
