Pa. Magistrate Judge Overrules Objections to Sanction Order in Benzene Case

PITTSBURGH –– A magistrate judge who earlier this year issued a ruling granting a motion for sanctions in a benzene case has overruled objections to the order, standing by her decision to sanction Safety-Kleen Corp. for its alleged failure to participate in the mediation process in good faith.
