March 2015 Trial Date Set in South Carolina Benzene Suit Involving Petroleum Exposure

COLUMBIA, S.C. –– A South Carolina federal court overseeing a benzene case has schedule a March 2015 trial date, requesting that the parties complete discovery no later than the end of 2014.

According to the July 14 scheduling order, the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina has asked the parties to submit in limine motions by Feb. 13, 2015 and all other motions by March 11. Trial is scheduled to begin March 1, 2015, the order stated.
