NEW YORK –– The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit has reinstated claims of 211 plaintiffs who were allegedly exposed to toxic contaminants during the clean-up of buildings surrounding the World Trade Center, ruling that a lower court should have examined each case to determine whether the plaintiffs had submitted supplemental evidence of an injury.
