WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation on Aug. 7 created a consolidated docket for all federal lawsuits brought against Franck’s Lab Inc. and Franck’s Pharmacy Inc. involving their compounded pharmaceutical products.
The 20 actions regard injuries allegedly caused by drugs compounded by Franck’s that were contaminated by fungus or other toxins and resulted in rare eye infections, blindness and other injuries.
