Minn. Federal Court Appoints Interim Lead Counsel in Stryker Rejuvenate Hip MDL

MINNEAPOLIS — U.S. District Judge Donovan W. Frank has issued his initial pretrial order in the Stryker (NYSE: SYK) Rejuvenate and ABG II Hip Implant MDL, appointing interim lead counsel for plaintiffs and noting that the first status conference will be held on an as-yet unspecified date in August.

The Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation assigned the Stryker Rejuvenate and ABG II hip cases to Judge Frank in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota June 12, and has begun transferring tag-along actions to his court.
