LAS VEGAS — Plaintiffs who agreed to settle their hip implant claims against Johnson & Johnson and DePuy Orthopaedics Inc. are asking a Nevada judge to void the agreement’s confidentiality agreement so they can counter what they assert are inaccurate details given to a media outlet by defendants.

Counsel for Anneliese Rundle, Martha Bender and Katherine Guy filed their Motion Striking Confidentiality from Settlement Agreement Aug. 22 in Clark County (Nev.) District Court.
