Drywall MDL Judge Denies North River Realignment, Stay Motion Ahead of Nov. Trial

NEW ORLEANS — The federal Chinese Drywall MDL judge has denied a motion by excess insurer North River Insurance Co. requesting that the court realign parties and lift stays related to several defendants ahead of a November trial to determine its potential exposure for claims involving Interior Exterior Building Supply Co. In Re: Chinese-Manufactured Drywall Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 2047 (E.D. La.).
