Chantix Black Box Label is Adequate, Ala. Federal Judge Rules

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — An Alabama federal judge has ruled that the July 1, 2009, Chantix black box warning is adequate as a matter of law to warn of the risk of neuropsychiatric complications in patients taking the smoking cessation drug.
